Following my fellowship in Cambridge in Spring and Summer of 2024, I made the move to take a new position at the University of Exeter.

CDF is a wonderful department, it is fantastic to be teaching, watching, working on film so much more, and re-connect with great colleagues from my past time as an EE and before that with Prof Higbee.

The welcome has been fantastic, and the future opportunities are very exciting. I am also able to continue my major industry projects with British Screen Forum, as covered in recent reports.

I will always be hugely grateful for my time at UoL. The opportunity afforded me by Dr Searle from St Andrews and into Goldsmiths was utterly invaluable. The resulting work led by Dr Smith has been and continues to be phenomenally rewarding and enjoyable. I am extremely privileged to be able to continue to work with them both.
